Today, I want to share with you 9 natural and organic home and body care brands based right here in the UK, brands I’ve personally tried, tested and am currently using. At Wild Rising, I’m all about using clean, natural, and vegan ingredients because I believe we all deserve the very best for our skin and homes. If you’re here, I’m guessing you feel the same way.
Finding truly natural (or close to) and organic products isn’t always easy, as high street stores are often full of synthetic chemicals, artificial fragrances, and brands that test on animals. That’s why I’ve done the legwork for you, trying these natural home and body care brands myself so I can recommend only the ones I genuinely love, trust and use.
Here are the 9 UK brands for natural, organic, and cruelty-free home and body care that I’m excited to share with you.
1. Handmade Natural Soap from ZeezBeez
I'm kicking off with a firm favourite in the household, natural soap. I’ve tried a lot of natural soaps over my time, and ZeezBeez’s handmade soap bars are by far the best I’ve found to date. Made in Fowey, Cornwall, by a lovely family-run business, their soaps blend honey and beeswax to leave skin feeling nourished, and soft.
Why I love it
- I love how foamy these are, yet firm and they don’t turn to mush - a problem we've found as a family with young children who like to wash our hands alot
- Their soap range is 100% natural, pardoning a couple soap bars where synthetic fragrance oils have been used - we'll avoid these.
- Handmade in Fowey, Cornwall

2. Rescue Butter Balm from Drought Secret
When my skin gets really dry or irritated, this Rescue Butter Balm is forever my go-to. It’s super rich but absorbs really well, and it really helps calm and repair my skin without any synthetic nasties. It’s packed with nourishing butters like shea and cupuacu, skin-loving oils such as jojoba and neem, plus soothing essential oils like lavender and tea tree.
Why I love it:
- It’s multi-purpose! I use it everywhere, my hands, my elbows, my face and anywhere that's dry and flaky. It's been great for my psoriasis patches too!
- 100% natural
- Free from: Parabens, SLS, Sulphates, Phthalates, paraffin, mineral oil, Lanolin, steroids, synthetic colours, synthetic fragrances, ethanol & formaldehydes

3. Natural Nappy Balm from Moogoo
Okay, so it’s not made in the UK (Australia), but Moogoo are based in the UK and I had to mention this natural nappy balm because this stuff saved us in the past.
I bought it when my youngest daughter had really raw, and painful nappy rash. This nappy balm soothed her skin super fast and helped protect it from getting worse. Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of this nappy balm.
It's made with zinc oxide and plant oils like Evening Primrose that calm sensitive skin, and it’s completely free from synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals.
Why I love it:
- Dermatologically Tested & approved for sensitive skin
- Paediatrician Approved
- Naturally preserved with Hops Extract – free of Parabens and Phenoxyethanol
- It’s seriously effective and gentle enough for the most sensitive skin. Plus, it’s not just for nappies, we use it on eczema spots and dribble rash too, and it works wonders.

4. Organic Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 from Baie Botanique
I prefer to avoid sunscreen when we can, relying instead on shade and protective clothing, but there are times when being in the sun is unavoidable. For those moments, we use this organic mineral sunscreen that’s gentle enough for the whole family, including young children and babies, which gives me real peace of mind.
It’s made with non-nano zinc oxide, offering broad-spectrum protection while being kind to sensitive skin. It applies smoothly, feels comfortable all day, and doesn’t leave a sticky or heavy feeling, even in warmer weather.
Why I love it:
- It offers high SPF protection without chemical filters or synthetic fragrances.
- Organic ingredients
- Naturally derived ingredients

5. Roller Oil Blends & Room Sprays from Revkah Aromatherapy
I’m honestly obsessed with Revkah’s aromatherapy roller oil blends and her natural room sprays, oh my gaaawwwwwd they're good!
I don’t wear perfume, so these act as a perfect subtle scent — natural, gentle, and never overpowering. I use ‘Warmth’ on my neck and wrists before and during yoga, it’s a cozy, spicy blend of cinnamon, clove, and orange that really grounds me and envelops me in warmth.
Her aromatherapy room sprays are also a firm favourite that I simply cannot be without either.
Why I love it:
- Revkah is based just 4 miles from Wild Rising HQ in Newton Abbot, Devon.
- I am forever getting complimented on my scent, I truly wouldn't be without her oil roller blends.
- 100% Natural

6. Natural Tanning Mousse from Moogoo
Another mention of the natural skincare brand, Moogoo, and i'm not sorry.
I’m often very pale and quite low-maintenance, so when I do want a bit of colour, this is the fake tan I reach for. It builds gradually, smells light and quite pleasant, and never irritates my sensitive skin. I also love that it feels hydrating rather than drying, which is rare with fake tan, especially a natural fake tan.
Why I love it:
- Free from parabens, and gives me a subtle, even bronze glow without harsh chemicals or that heavy fake-tan feel
- Free from Parabens and Phenoxyethanol
- The colour lasts for days!
- No stinky scent

7. 97% Natural Whitening Toothpaste from BioMed
I’m careful about what goes in mine and my families mouth, and this toothpaste is a perfect fit for our young family. Biomed’s 97% natural, fluoride-free coconut toothpaste is formulated with a unique complex of over 12 active natural ingredients, including coconut oil and pineapple extract (bromelain), which gently whitens while being kind to sensitive enamel.
As a family, we’ve tried many natural toothpastes over the years, but the children haven’t always enjoyed them. Once we finally found a natural toothpaste that everyone liked, it became a permanent staple in our home. We love it so much that we even have it on subscription.
Why I love it:
- 97% of the ingredients are of natural origin
- It doesn’t foam aggressively like conventional toothpastes
-
It’s fluoride-free, with fluoride options* also available

8. Natural Deodorant from Salt of the Earth
One of my favourite recommendations simply because it lasts so well and genuinely works. I’ve tried lots of other natural deodorants over the years, but after a while most of them left me with sore, irritated armpits.
After doing a bit of research, I realised that many natural deodorants contain sodium bicarbonate, which can be irritating for some skin types. That’s what led me to look for a natural deodorant without it.
I switched to this crystal salt deodorant and it’s worked really well for me. It doesn’t block sweat, it just controls the bacteria that cause odour — and it lasts for ages, which is a huge bonus.
Why I love it:
- It’s one-ingredient, salt and fragrance-free.

9. Natural Lip Balm from Wild Rising Skincare
Finally, I couldn’t mention natural home and body care brands without including this little beauty. This natural lip balm goes everywhere with me, although I seem to lose them constantly and end up replacing it with one of our imperfect versions, simply to avoid single-handedly crippling the business through lip balm losses alone.
Made by myself with organic coconut oil, apricot kernel oil, and vegan berry wax, Candelilla, this natural lip balm is deeply hydrating, offers a lovely shine, and perfect for soothing dry lips.
Why I love it:
- Instantly calms and nourishes dry lips
- Adds a subtle, healthy shine
- Thanks to the antibacterial properties of peppermint essential oil, it also helps keep cold sores at bay (speaking from experience)
